Founded in 2017 by visionary traders from Bundibugyo Town Council, BTCUT SACCO began as an association with the goal of uniting local businesses under a cooperative framework. Notable founding members include Araali Winyi Andrew, Bwambale James, Musana Ivan, and Kaija Gideon, who played pivotal roles in shaping our society's foundation.

In December 2022, we proudly transitioned from an association into a fully registered savings and credit cooperative society, now recognized by the Ministry of Trade, Industry, and Cooperatives. Our registration number, P.22430/RCS, affirms our commitment to the values of transparency, community, and progress.

Located in the heart of Bundibugyo Town Council, Kajambura Village, BTCUT SACCO offers a range of services, including savings, credit, transport, and events management. Our mission is to uplift our members by providing access to financial resources, encouraging business prosperity, and improving the standard of living.
